There were 3 offers for purchase of 5 300 tonnes of diesel in Viljandi Naftabaas OÜ terminal in Viljandi, Estonia: Orlen Eesti OÜ, Neste Oyj  and AS Tartu Terminal 

Based on the results the agreement was concluded with Orlen Eesti OÜ with Platts August 2016 + premium +21,24 USD/ton.
