Stockpiling fee rates
Payment of stockpiling fee shall be made to the bank account of the stockholder (EE191010220058286015 SEB) without a prior request for payment no later than by the fifteenth day of each month in an amount corresponding to the volume released for consumption by the payer of stockpiling fee during the previous calendar month, and the current rate for stockpiling fee. The explanation contained in the payment order shall set out the notation “stockpiling fee” and the name of the calendar month for which the stockpiling fee is paid. Calculation of the rate of stockpiling fee based on volume shall be based on the volume of the fuel at 15 °C.
VAT is added to the stockpiling fee rates.
Stockpiling fee rates 2020
The Minister of Economic Affairs and Infrastructure established the stockpiling fee rates for 2020 on 29 November 2018 according to Regulation no. 66, see regulation here (Available only in Estonian).
The stockpiling fee rates beginning 1st of January 2020 are as follows:
1) Gasoline stockpiling fee rate is EUR 3,60 per 1000 litres of fuel;
2) Diesel stockpiling fee rate is EUR 3,50 per 1000 litres of fuel;
3) Jet fuel (aviation kerosene) stockpiling fee rate is EUR 3,60 per 1000 litres of fuel;
4) Heavy Fuel Oil stockpiling fee rate is EUR 10,00 per 1000 kilos of fuel.
Stockpiling fee rates for 2019
The Minister of Economic Affairs and Infrastructure established the stockpiling fee rates for 2019 on 29 November 2018 according to Regulation no. 61, see regulation here (Available only in Estonian).
The stockpiling fee rates beginning 1st of January 2019 are as follows:
1) Gasoline stockpiling fee rate is EUR 3,70 per 1000 litres of fuel;
2) Diesel stockpiling fee rate is EUR 3,70 per 1000 litres of fuel;
3) Jet fuel (aviation kerosene) stockpiling fee rate is EUR 3,70 per 1000 litres of fuel;
4) Heavy Fuel Oil stockpiling fee rate is EUR 10,00 per 1000 kilos of fuel.

3) Jet fuel (aviation kerosene) stockpiling fee rate is EUR 2,35 per 1000 litres of fuel;
4) Heavy Fuel Oil stockpiling fee rate is EUR 23,04 per 1000 kilos of fuel.

1. Stock category I stockpiling fee rate is EUR 5,85 per 1000 litres of fuel;
2. Stock category II
o Stockpiling fee rate is EUR 5,00 per 1000 litres for diesel fuel, light heating oil and kerosene;
o Stockpiling fee rate is EUR 2,35 per 1000 litres jet fuel (aviation kerosene);
3. Stock category III stockpiling fee rate is EUR 23,04 per 1000 kilos of fuel.
